During the height of the pandemic, our team worked with Upstream to provide product design and development services. We got the chance to be the technology solutions provider they needed, to build a live-streaming application that could go beyond the scope of most existing tech in the market. Our team currently does ongoing product management work, researching and conducting stakeholder analysis and fieldwork to help Upstream continuously improve and build a product fitting for the space they are in. Using in-house frameworks that have been honed and perfected over the years, our team successfully ranks the development and build of features, respecting the best of both qualitative and quantitative methods as far as possible.
