Years ago, this itch running through her veins led her to pursue a career in advertising and branding. She started a branding consultancy, Intent Design and Consultancy Pte Ltd, in Singapore when she was fresh out of college and had much to learn. After a time, she took on the chance to lead the team at established advertising agency Atlas Associates. Over the years, she has worked with an eclectic group of clients from all manner of industries — the big and the small, the physical and the digital. She has been on teams that built and managed new brands and products as well as established ones. This season allowed her opportunities to hone her leadership and industry knowledge which eventually led to her position as Managing Director for Atlas Rosetta. Under her guidance, Atlas Rosetta went from a small mom-and-pop shop to a growing enterprise spanning three continents — all within the first year and a half of business.
